In preparation for the 2020-2021 year, the ASID Carolinas Chapter is looking for volunteers to serve in leadership roles. Getting involved with the chapter leadership is a worthwhile and fulfilling experience. You can add to the prestige of your profession while making lasting friendships. The areas of need are listed below. Having several people working together is the best outcome! 

We especially need volunteers to serve as Design Community Chairs and Co-Chairs. With the impact of Covid-19 on groups assembling, having strong Design Communities with smaller events is very important. Even virtual events with smaller groups give everyone a chance to actively participate and have a social experience.

• Design Community Chair/Co-Chair – some slots are covered but co-chairs are needed for all:

  • Lowcountry, SC
  • Triad/High Country, NC
  • Metrolina, NC
  • Eastern, NC
  • Western, NC
  • Coastal, NC
• Emerging Professional Director
• Communications Co-Chairs and/or Committee Members
• Awards Co-Chair
• Student Affairs Committee Member
