Design Communities Meeting Submittal Form

Please submit this completed form to the best of your ability.  By clicking “submit” at the bottom, a copy will be sent to Isabelle Odjaghian, ASID, the ASID Carolinas Design Communities Director. The event will be advertised in weekly emails, highlighted on the events page, and will be featured on social media posts.

If you would like to submit images for the promotions or logos for any sponsors, please email those to administrator@nc-sc.asid.org. Please make sure to indicate the event they are to be used for.

PLEASE NOTE: This form must be submitted a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date. Events submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled date will be advertised twice per month. Submissions received with less than four weeks' notice may be subject to an adjusted advertising schedule.
